I don’t see how 33% of the seats are reserved either. The parliament isn’t like other jobs, it’s a representation of the society, and at least a certain amount of each representatives should be there. This goes for other minority groups too. It’s like medicine, just cuz you’re smart, it doesn’t mean you have an advantage. Because being a doctor is so personal that you need people of all kinds. For any other job, that would be insane, but the parliament is a special case.
